The fishery opened in 1999 and ALL our fish are English fish and were stocked at this time, with regular restocking ever couple of years. We have at present 4 superbly maintained and well stocked lakes, these are as follows-:

The Specimen Lake (3.5 Acre Carp & Cat Water)

The main lake has 1 island. It has depths ranging from 4ft to 9ft with plenty of features. A detailed map of the lake can be found on the side of the bailiff’s cabin. Please use the knowledge of the map as it will aid your fishing and give you an in depth knowledge of the water. This year  our Specimen lake has produced catches of  Carp  40lbs and Cats to 90lbs.

12 Hour Ticket £20.00 per person, per swim (up to 3 rods)

The Coarse Lake (4.5 Acre Small Carp and Silver Fish Water)

There are plenty of Carp between the 3lb to 8lb mark with several into the double figures. Ideal for the serious match/coarse fisherman as well as newcomers as it is also stocked with a good head of smaller silver fish. But be warned there are some big fish still in residence. Carp to the upper 20lb area still lurking beneath the surface and anglers are asked that if such carp are caught that they are released in to the SPECIMEN lake.

12hour Ticket £6.00 per rod, £10.00 for 2 rods, £15 for 3 rods 

The Canal Lake (2 Acre Silver Fish Water)

This match lake has 18 pegs and is canal shaped(hence the name). We have a wide variety of fish in this lake, Roach, Rudd, Tench, Carp and Bream with weights to 7lb plus. It is protected from the elements by conifers one side and a large Grassed earthed wall the other. If Matches are required they can be booked by calling our office number below during office hours.

The Lagoon Lake (1/2 Acre Silver Fish Water)

Ideal for Kids, this water is stocked with small easy to catch silver fish. There are a few surprises,  what are these? Find out from Nev the bailiff.
